I think about the Champion brand clothing line and how it started off with a bang then ended up in Walmart and other discounted stores. Actually, it was at a discounted price for a couple of years before it became the It item again. I ponder on the mind of the creators and how they must have felt. How they were dedicated to their vision and didn't give up nor stop creating. It took great dedication and humility to still see the vision when everyone was looking at them to throw in the towel and boxed them as an average brand. Now I look around and everyone is wearing Champion and they even have new designs now. 

I say this all to say stay focused on your craft and vision. Do it because it is something that you love and not because it is the most popular thing to do. Never throw in the towel but yet stay grateful and forever learning. This world has a way of loving you one minute and counting you out in the next minute. That is why you can't depend on man's approval but create their approval. Fallon, what do you mean to create their approval? Let me elaborate! You see it was the pure dedication and reinventing that reconnected the Champion brand. They recreated a hype around their clothes and caught the eyes of public figures and others. They stood the test of being a fly by night brand, so their name was familiar even if it was at a discounted price at one time. The bible teaches us that there is nothing new under the sun. 

As Champion was reintroduced as the new It item again people fell into the hype. That is was consistency does for you, it will prove that you're relevant and that you have what it takes. Don't get caught up on years and how long it takes but focus on your craft and purpose so you can withstand the times. You against you, never you against them. Because they change like the weather!

We serve a God that is a waymaker and a miracle worker. It only takes one word from him. However, I must be honest with you. Release The Grief! The pain that we endure by people we love is the most painful experience ever. I don't know about you, but I can feel it in my bones and my heart aches when experiencing this kind of pain. Being hit from a blind spot not seeing it coming from that individual. I don't know if it hurts more because we didn't expect it or because who the oppressor is, either way, it hurts.
