Ain't No Looking Back  I will be the first to admit, there is a uncomfortable feeling of moving toward the unknown. You wanna press through and receive all that God has for you but something deep inside is so use to the normalcy even if it's determent to our walk in life. You see you and I are at times no different from the Israelite's that fled from Egypt. God did some amazing things right before their eyes but somehow they still complained and at times said they wanna go back into slavery instead of pressing toward the promise that God had for them. I don't know about you but when I read about it in the bible (Exodus, Numbers, and Joshua) I found myself calling them fools and ignorant but Hello! I have been guilty of stinking thinking and doubt to many times to count, despite all of the amazing miracles God has done in my life when things doesn't look clear or packaged the way I envisioned I get scared. In The Midst As the world turns and situations occur you have a choice. You can either let God take control or you can let your emotions take control. As easy as one might think, it is so easy to let your feelings and emotions reign. You get this feeling in your gut and your emotions start to fester and you feel like if you don't react or respond that your intestines will bust. Like, your body literally takes control over you if you let it. Personally this battle has been just that a battle. I am very out spoken and must be heard, however, I have learned that my peace is so much more better than being heard sometimes. Nothing Can Stop Me As, I am pondering on the events that have recently took place in my life, all I can hear my mind replaying to myself is nothing can stop you. God will never call you into a situation and doesn't see you through, in fact, there is a bible verse that states that truth .( Philippians 1:6 being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ) So, rest assure knowing that you are right where you're suppose to be. Not the destination but the journey. The journey is where you vividly see the miracles and manifestations of God. How he makes a way out of no way. Endurance Until The End It is so funny how life challenges you when you decide to follow God and trust him. All of sudden everything tries to go wrong, things that once ran smoothly are now being tested. Pushing you to the limits of breakage or giving up. Smiling and trying to keep your composure when deep down inside you wanna scream or cry so loud until you can't contain yourself. This is where you literally have two options, give up, or keep going. Do what Paul told us in the bible or fleet and play it safe. The thing is to fleet seems easy but then you might find yourself living with many regrets. Constantly thinking the what if? I Must Refocused Some Things Some people will never realize the importance of regrouping and being refocused. It is the only way you can bear good fruit and stay fully equip. As, we are now in the year of Rosh Hashanah and other Jewish holidays this month, which is the year of new beginnings for them and us Christians when you think about it. Every bible character is Jewish so it is not like I am believing in something non and void. However, the concept of the holiday can give us time to refocused and regroup. Why wait for January? As an Christian and becoming deep in my walk I have been taking on some of the culture holidays of our ancestors in Christ, for we are gentiles that he opened his arms to. I am using the Jewish holiday to reflect and to fast as well. Ten days withdrawing from things I usually love to do and praying intensely as I am refocusing on what needs to stay and what needs to go. If I Don't Quit Man, life has a way of trying to knock you down to your knees, in some instances it can make you want to give up. You fight the good fight and it seems like you're getting no where but yet everyone around you is sailing the beautiful waves. Fighting the urge not to compete with others and staying in your own lane. However, you can't help but to glimpse on the inside of someone's else life. I Can't Stop Praising Valleys will come and Mountains will rise, but the thing that remains the same is my praise. I don't determine my praise on what is going on in my life. My praise is consistent because I know God love is real and he truly unconditionally loves me and you. He does not love us based on where we are in life he loves us for who we are right in this moment. God sees the potential in you because he knows that he uniquely created you for his perfect purpose. I have learned that my praise lifts strong holds that have been holding me back from the next dimension. Remember when you're living an obedient life the trails come to distract, redirect, or teach you. The distractions come from the enemy to stop your purpose. Redirection, is from the Lord to get you back focus on his plan for you. The teaching is from the Lord to purge you from anything that is hindering you from growing, to teach you the guidelines and precepts for the next level. Lets be honest, no...

His Power Is Sufficient  The world will never understand how powerful the Lord really is. Even, I sometimes get caught up in my emotions and forget to rely on my Abba (father,God). We get so caught up on what we see and not utilize our faith. Faith:complete trust or confidence in someone or something. As, Christians, we are suppose to be walking by faith and not by sight. However, when the rent is due and you don't have a dollar to your name that is when your faith is tested the most. This is the moment when you can rely on scriptures and have faith that God can work a miracle or stress and worry yourself to the hospital. The beauty of trusting in God in every situation is watching how he turns nothing into something, how he performs miracles right before your eyes. Showing you that he is willing and able. Some might stop eating healthy, going to the gym, dancing, singing, writing, or anything that resembles things they love. After a while, we become unhappy because we are not living in the full potential that God has created for us.  Living this way can make you bitter and resentful, which we've learned from previous posts, makes for a toxic environment. You find yourself staring in the mirror thinking, how did I get to this place? The reflection of something that looks something like you, however, isn't you. I Can't Quit I know life can be very draining at times. So, rough that it makes you just want to throw in the towel and say I'm done. Then what? The crisis still is there and frustrations isn't changing a thing. In fact, no matter what, at some point in time you will have to deal with the issue at hand. The agony of taking a step forward and then life pulls you two steps backwards. Man, I so know how this feels. I am also aware that many people aren't natural fighters at heart. Causing one to be filled with bitter because they truly can't love what they have. Jealousy makes one blind and can't see the beauty in themselves. Feeling the need to compare. I have watch people, who seem to have it all, be so jealous of person who would love to be in their shoes. Instead, of gravitating to someone, jealousy makes you resent that person. The sad thing is the friendship or relationship could have been something special. Self Control You woke up in the morning thinking to yourself, "this will be a great day." Then as you start your day, you're experiencing drama, chaos, and anger. This is when two things will happen, you will react and go berserk, or you will remember that you are self controlled and have authority over your emotions. If you react by going berserk, you now have given the devil foothold in your life and you bit the bate he has sent you. Your whole day will definitely go down hill. You now have an attitude, you are responding to people harshly, and might say something you will end up regretting. The truth is the next day will be horrible as well because you're now left with the residue of yesterday. Relationships are in jeopardy all because you took the enemy's bate. It also teaches us that we can't please God without it. (Hebrews 11:6  and without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exist and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him) wow so powerful!
