Push Yourself To Get Up!

Push Yourself To Get Up!

Often, when trauma and tragedy arrive in our lives we want to crawl up in a shell and give up. We feel like we just can't take no more and want no more out of life. I know all to well about taking losses between the loss of my husband and my youngest sister being shot in the head on this exact day last year. Yesterday, I cried so hard thinking about everything that I couldn't contain myself. I literally just finally let it all out. As, I was crying, I kept thinking to myself you will get through this. You will be hurt yes, but you will have the strength to keep fighting this thing called life. I thought about all the times that God carried me through and I kept thanking him because I know I wouldn't be standing if it wasn't for him. No one knows why certain people are called back to him what we think is so soon.

The one thing I do know is I have to make my mark while I am here. I have to leave a legacy. We all have an expiration date but what we do while we are here is what counts. How we react will build us or break us. The one thing I know for sure is that my baby sister would want me to achieve everything that my heart desires and to live. She enjoyed her life to the fullest she made the best out of her days and Lord knows she had her share of pain too. Life wasn't easy for my sister she endured a lot from a little baby. It is in my DNA to encourage others even on this sad day, I was compelled to do so. It is what she loved about me the most. She knew she can always call me to be inspired and to hear the truth always. I write to you today to say live out loud and enjoy your moments. Pray and trust God to deliver every prayer that is in his will for your life. Pray and ask God to reveal his will for your life so you can die empty fulfilling every promise for you life. Keep a good heart no matter what happens to you.

I love how Chynna-Ann always gave with no problem she wasn't cheap. Her daughter will have great memories and now has great love all around her. Keep my niece in your prayers and treasure your children and your life. It can be worst always think about it, there is someone who wish they have the air that you're breathing.

Affirmation: I will live and enjoy life
