The Answered Prayer

We often pray feeling so helpless and just wanting a breakthrough then the breakthrough comes and we totally are unaware or not prepared. We ask God to do something then when the opportunity strikes we fall short. Most of the time this is when we feel God is taking a long time to do something but the truth is he knows we aren’t ready. You see he knows us better than we know ourselves. He never holds back on his blessings never. However, like a good father he wants us to have something when we are fully prepared. Being unaware of the knowledge of your blessing equals to not being fully prepared. The Bible teaches us to be ready in every season. So, if we are unaware of an opportunity we definitely have more preparing to do. 

The great news is that God is a God of a million chances when your heart is right. He truly wants to see us win. He is actually rooting for you and leading you to win. He loves you so much that he allows me to make these mistakes and blog about them so you can win. He wants you to have the knowledge of accountability so you can reach higher ground. What he doesn’t want is for you to be depressed and feel like giving up. That is not apart of his plan for you. (Jeremiah 29;11 For I know the plan I have for you,” declares the Lord,” plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.) 

The challenge is to know this in your heart and making sure that the devil knows you know this to be true. We will forever be our only competition in life. It will always be us against us! Never us against them. So dust yourself off, acknowledge where you need growth at and work on that area until you get it right. Remember it’s a marathon not a sprint. Wisdom takes time and prayer changes things. Pray and ask God to reveal what is holding you back from growing. As he reveals pray that he gives you the strength to overcome it. The righteous walk will forever be the walk of an overcomer!

Your Life Can Change In Seconds Close your eyes, inhale and exhale now open your eyes, that is how fast everything in your life can change for the better. We serve a God that is a waymaker and a miracle worker. It only takes one word from him. However, I must be honest with you. We should be confident and educated in what we are desiring from God. Preparation will forever be the key to our success. Release The Grief! The pain that we endure by people we love is the most painful experience ever. I don't know about you, but I can feel it in my bones and my heart aches when experiencing this kind of pain. Being hit from a blind spot not seeing it coming from that individual. I don't know if it hurts more because we didn't expect it or because who the oppressor is, either way, it hurts. As I am growing more each day spiritually, I am learning it cost me more to dwell on it. I push myself to show that person love and not the phony cordial type, I mean the same ounce of love before they offended me. People are not obligated to treat me in an exact manner that I expect.
