It Is Lonely At The Top

I always thought it was a cliche when I heard the phrase it is lonely at the top. That was until I made it to the top, let me elaborate. I am living the life of my dreams all while letting God lead my life. Living by his precepts and keeping my life sanctified. That is top living. There is nothing that can out beat someone following God's word in living in obedience. However, it exposes who really is for you and who isn't. People will start to resent you because your living for God and unfortunately they feel like it magnifies the fact that they aren't. Of course your not judging them or acting different towards them. The fact is your in purpose and living in obedience and it bothers them. They will distance themselves, and you will be wondering why? This is what I call the wheat from the tare process. You see God knows the heart of every individual on this earth. He sees what you can't see and he also knows who can handle where he is taking you. Whether they will help you grow or stunt your growth.

There is a difference between being content and complacent. The bible teaches us that we are to go from glory to glory so that means not just in spirit but in the natural as well. You should be evolving daily. When you have learned to tap into that mindset it really scares a person who hasn't. It will magnify their insecurities. When it should inspire them especially if they have been with you since your beginning stages. It should teach them it's possible. Sad truth is that everyone capacity of thinking varies and some people don't want to take the risk of stepping out on faith. They don't have enough scripture in them. We know the scriptures teach us that we move God having faith. In, fact, Hebrews says it is impossible to please God without faith.( Hebrews 11;6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.) That says that not only do you please him but because you believe in him he will reward you for trusting him. You can't lose.

I will be lying if I say that living for God isn't lonely it is. The narrow path is just that narrow but the path of destruction is wide and crowded. You have to learn how to engage with people that have your mindset. That have accomplished what you are trying to do. Who are living the righteous way. You have to trust God enough to know that if he allows it to be removed then he knows what is best. The people that I thought would never leave my side have and the ones that I have least expected stayed. Life is crazy and uncertain but God promises are very certain and reliable. 

The top may seem lonely but it sure is rewarding and it only seems lonely because you are not surrounded by familiar faces. However, you have met some incredible people along the way and have build solid relationships with game changers. So don't look at it at being lonely at the top. Look at it as having everything you need and more at the top. You still pray for the ones that didn't make it with you. Pray that they will find there way to there top, whatever that may be. Enjoy your journey. I am learning it is all about the journey not the destination. The truth is that the destination is heaven everything else is a journey.

Your Life Can Change In Seconds Close your eyes, inhale and exhale now open your eyes, that is how fast everything in your life can change for the better. We serve a God that is a waymaker and a miracle worker. It only takes one word from him. However, I must be honest with you. Release The Grief! The pain that we endure by people we love is the most painful experience ever. I don't know about you, but I can feel it in my bones and my heart aches when experiencing this kind of pain. Being hit from a blind spot not seeing it coming from that individual. I don't know if it hurts more because we didn't expect it or because who the oppressor is, either way, it hurts. As I am growing more each day spiritually, I am learning it cost me more to dwell on it. I push myself to show that person love and not the phony cordial type, I mean the same ounce of love before they offended me. People are not obligated to treat me in an exact manner that I expect.
