It Cost Too Much

When it comes to unforgiveness I love to remind myself how much it cost. The penalty is not worth paying. Unforgiveness bears fruits that don't contribute to my growth in the kingdom and in life. It bears fruits like bitterness, strife, pain, stagnate relationships, and in some cases, it demolishes future potential relationships. Don't get me wrong some things are hard to bear and deserve a reaction but to allow the situation to stop me from living benefits me nothing. Especially when the person has moved on and living their life to the fullest. They have offended me and moved on, while I am stuck still reliving the pain. 

The bible teaches us in Ecclesiastes that there is a time for everything under the sun, and yes that includes forgiveness.  Even Jesus, when on the cross last words were "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they are doing." ( Luke 23:34) He was teaching us the importance of forgiveness and how it accelerates us into the next dimension.  I believe success bring clues and that is an imperative clue for us to not miss. Jesus could have said anything as the last word but he made sure he demonstrated forgiveness as his last act before giving up his spirit. There is no powerful demonstration more powerful than this. 

We want God to accept our repentance heart and we must learn how to accept others even if they don't apologize or seem remorseful. It is for our benefit and not theirs. Look at Job's life, all that he encountered, it was when he prayed and forgave his friends when all was restored to him. (Job 42:10)
Don't let unforgiveness take your peace and stop you from elevating to the next level. God loves to bless his children and his purpose for our lives is restoration and elevation but he can not do it in unforgiveness and unbelief. I challenge you to look deep inside of you and release all the unhealthy bondage and pain that you have experienced in life due to anyone's doing. Think about how it is eating you alive while they are carrying on with their affairs. How it is crippling your relationships in all areas.

Your Life Can Change In Seconds Close your eyes, inhale and exhale now open your eyes, that is how fast everything in your life can change for the better. We serve a God that is a waymaker and a miracle worker. It only takes one word from him. However, I must be honest with you. Release The Grief! The pain that we endure by people we love is the most painful experience ever. I don't know about you, but I can feel it in my bones and my heart aches when experiencing this kind of pain. Being hit from a blind spot not seeing it coming from that individual. I don't know if it hurts more because we didn't expect it or because who the oppressor is, either way, it hurts. As I am growing more each day spiritually, I am learning it cost me more to dwell on it. I push myself to show that person love and not the phony cordial type, I mean the same ounce of love before they offended me. People are not obligated to treat me in an exact manner that I expect.
